Women Who GET It: Meet Kim

February 3, 2008

Before the feminists accuse us of posting fake posts for the “Women Who Get It” section, we thought it would be a good idea to start linking to these gems of the genders websites. This week, I stumbled across Kim, who is indeed a woman and definitely GETS it! I discovered her at Antimisandry.com. She has posted well over 500 posts over there. So I private messaged her and got a response immediately. I wanted to know if she was passionate enough to maintain her own blog singing the praises of men, and sure enough she emailed me a link. Kim wrote a great post entitled Men Are Great that has some flavor to one of our previous posts when we expressed the views of one Marty Nemko - Are Stay Home At Mothers Killing American Men. Marty had expressed: Men the unsung heroes. “According to the U.S. Department of Labor, more that 95 percent of the people in the 10 most dangerous jobs are men: from timber cutters to construction laborers. Coal miner, which is 99 percent men,... (more...)

Women Who GET It: Meet Curvylicious

January 27, 2008

I’m female, and I can tell you all that stumbling upon this site was an eye-opening experience for me. I agree with 98% of the issues taken up here and before you start thinking here is another woman coming to tell us this is good BUT…That is not what I’m about. There is essentially not but. I’m genuinely invested in men’s issues. I think it’s an atrocity all the injustices men have to face in the name of feminism. I don’t believe that in order for a woman to rise a man has to fall! And I’m happy to see that men have started to stand up for their rights. Before I’m a woman I’m a human being and thus I like to have things just and balanced. The only thing I disagreed with on this site was the post about feminism destroying America/society/the world etc. Without a doubt, I think radical feminism has done that. However, I believe the intention of true feminism (the one that really defends equality between the sexes - Shauna in her... (more...)

Women Who GET It: Meet Sun

January 27, 2008

Hello, I am a woman. I found this site by accident as I was looking for websites about men and what else I can learn about them. It is really something what our society is coming to. It’s getting harder and harder for us to have meaningful relationships…with anyone, let alone the opposite s*x! And marriage, well, it has become a mockery to a great number of people. A lot of women will not like what I have to say, but… I think feminism has hurt more than it has helped and a lot of these so called “strong” women really ARE mean! (And I’m not a young, horny male trying to “lay a hottie”. I am a young woman whose been stabbed in the back and kicked in the ass enough times to not believe in this “sisterhood” crap.) I personally think it is a good arrangement to have the man as head of the household. I know that my opinion is biased. I grew up in a two parent household with a strong father and a loving mother. They have been married... (more...)

The Key To Understanding Modern American Women

March 2, 2007

The key to understanding modern American women is to realize that, starting from a very early age, basically from about the time they start learning to talk, every event and experience in their lives takes on a very powerful emotional subtext. This is not to imply, of course, that men’s lives do not have emotional subtexts. It is merely to state that, for women, the emotional subtext of everyday events and experiences is often much more powerful than it is for men. For a woman, nearly everything that happens in her life, including things that most men would consider to be trivial or mundane, is heavily freighted with significant emotional meaning. There are many important consequences to this, but for men, there are certain key implications that are very important to understand. One of these is that women are always “right”. By the time they reach early adulthood, at about the age of 25 or so, women develop a very strong sense of moral rectitude. They are certain they know... (more...)
